• We operate based on first pay, first serve basis. No reservations allowed.

• When you already placed your order, we consider you agree with our terms and conditions.

• The price shown is excluding the postage fee, unless stated.

• For ready stock items, goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

• We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. 

• We will check through all the goods before sending it to our customers. Thus, all sold items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

• All sales are finals. Serious buyers only, no backouts.

• Items colour may be different from the displayed photos due to lighting or different monitor resolutions.
